Refund and Cancellation Policy

Return Policy:

If you are not satisfied with the product due to damage or expiry issue, kindly write to us at sales.mkassam@gmail.com (within 48 hours of the receipt of the delivery) along with your order number, photographs, and videos of the product(s) you are not satisfied with, with the reasons for the same.

This will enable our team to investigate what went wrong and get back to you. Please note, we do not accept return of products. In case of a verified quality concern, we will provide you with a fresh pack of tea.

Cancellation Policy:

Since, the product features in the Food and Beverage Category, we will not be accepting any cancellation of orders after your order is confirmed.
