HARADHAN GHOSH

Mr. Haradhan Ghosh is a dedicated and visionary entrepreneur with over 35 years of business leadership. As a first–generation entrepreneur, he has successfully built and diversified a multi–sector business empire spanning real estate, tea manufacturing, packet tea, coal industry, and government infrastructure projects such as manufacturing road blocks for the Assam Government.
At the age of 57, he continues to drive growth with a clear vision — to double the group’s turnover from INR 100 crore to INR 200 crore in the next two years. His leadership style reflects discipline, innovation, and a relentless pursuit of excellence.

SUPRATIM CHAKRABORTY

Mr. Supratim Chakraborty, presently serving as the CEO of Nutratea Industries and Nutratea Exports, is leading the bulk tea business with the consent of the partners towards the growth strategy, global market expansion, and brand positioning in the competitive bulk tea industry.
Mr. Chakraborty has dedicated 35 years of his career to McLeod Russel India Ltd, where he rose to the position of Senior General Manager. During his tenure, he was instrumental in driving strategic negotiations and developing new products with measurable returns on investment. Mr. Chakraborty’s core areas of expertise include strategic negotiation & product development, cost & budget leadership, vendor development & supply chain excellence, and market intelligence & business insights.

SUDIP PODDAR
Business Head – Packet Tea, Nutratea Industries

With over three decades of leadership in the FMCG sector, Mr. Sudip Poddar is known for his dynamic approach and proven track record in sales, marketing, and brand creation. At the age of 52, he continues to bring unmatched energy and expertise to the organizations he leads. An MBA with an engineering foundation, Mr. Sudip has successfully contributed to the growth of globally renowned companies and brands, including: Tata Tea, Coca–Cola, Himalayan Natural Mineral Water – A Tata Enterprise, Amalgamated Plantations – A Tata Enterprise, Priya Yours (Priya Biscuit Group), Duncans Tea.
A true brand architect, Mr. Sudip has mastered the art of launching new products, building businesses from scratch, and positioning companies for long–term success.
